We specialize on Roll off Dumpster you can use our containers for New Construction, Remodeling, Roofing, Spring Cleaning you can dispose any material other than what is listed below. We took all the guess work out. We are not like other companies that charge for every detail our prices include delivery, Pick up and disposal fee. Our container can be kept for up 10 days and we offer 5 day grace period after.
Any hazardous waste and toxic chemicals are not accepted and cannot be put into any roll off container.
These items include, but are not limited to:
- medical waste
- oils and lubricants
- aerosols
- paint
- gasoline/diesel containers
- tires
- batteries
- fluorescent lights
Disclosure
We recommend that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a sheet of plywood.
Customer affirms that any right-of-way provided by the customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service.
The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site.
Monster Dumpsters shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying sub-surface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.
